While buyers and sellers often meet our closing team on signing day, there are many professionals whose work begins long before anyone gathers around the closing table.

One of those professionals is Jennifer Lee, our Title Curative Specialist.

Jennifer joined Aristocrat Title in March 2025 after entering the title industry in 2018. Since then, she has become an integral part of our team, helping buyers, sellers, lenders, and REALTORS® navigate the title process with confidence throughout Southern Indiana and Greater Louisville.

Jennifer specializes in title curative—researching and resolving title issues before closing. Whether it's obtaining payoffs, correcting title defects, or coordinating with lenders and other parties, her work helps ensure transactions stay on schedule.

Why Jennifer Chose the Title Industry

Before beginning her career in real estate, Jennifer spent 12 years in the Accounting Department for the University of Louisville Department of Surgery.

She was drawn to the title industry because she wanted to learn more about real estate while helping people during one of the most important milestones of their lives.

"I wanted to learn real estate and be able to help people with one of the most important decisions in buying or selling a home."

That commitment to serving others continues to define her work every day.

Successfully clearing title issues, receiving critical payoff information just in time, and helping a transaction move forward reminds her why every detail matters. Behind every smooth closing is hours of research, communication, and teamwork.

Life Outside the Office

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Jennifer now lives in Charlestown, Indiana.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Scout. She's also a licensed REALTOR®, enjoys boating on the lake, and loves cooking for family and friends.
