Bill Burns

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and ownership of Aristocrat Title since 2014, Bill brings seasoned leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and clear communication.
Angie Burns
Angie provides disciplined financial leadership that supports the company’s continued growth and stability. With a strong background in finance and operations, she oversees budgeting, reporting, and compliance while ensuring sound, transparent financial practices.
Joanna Hyatt
Joanna has been an integral part of the team since 2016 and has worked in the title industry since 2001. Prior to joining Aristocrat Title, Joanna gained valuable experience at a law firm specializing in commercial real estate closings, providing her with a strong legal and transactional foundation.
Sara Hensley
Sara Hensley is a Kentucky-licensed attorney and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. She brings a strong background in real estate, estate planning, probate, and trust administration, providing valuable legal insight throughout the title and closing process.
Chastity Glowaski
Chastity has been part of the team since 2019, bringing extensive experience in title research and courthouse records. She worked prior as an abstractor for 14 years, specializing in detailed, accurate property searches.
Peggy Stricker
Peggy has worked in the banking and title industry since 1988, with the majority of her career dedicated to the title profession. Her extensive background provides a strong foundation for managing escrow transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
Jennifer Pierce
Jennifer plays a key role in preparing files to proceed smoothly and flawlessly toward closing by resolving title issues, reviewing public records, and ensuring clear, marketable title. Jennifer began her career in the title industry in 2015 and has been with Aristocrat Title since 2024, bringing consistency, accuracy, and deep industry knowledge to every transaction.
Josie Jones
Josie supports clients and real estate partners throughout Orange County and the Paoli area. A Paoli native, Josie brings deep local connections and an authentic understanding of the community she serves—she truly never meets a stranger and is well known throughout the area.
Tammy Watkins
Tammy Watkins is a Title Examiner at Aristocrat Title and has worked in the title industry since 2015. She joined Aristocrat Title in 2025 and brings a strong foundation in title examination, legal documentation, and commitment review to every transaction.
Nicole Bridgewater
Nicole supports order intake and title clearing for transactions across all areas the company serves, helping ensure each file is set up accurately from the start. Known for her attention to detail and reliability, Nicole works closely with the title and closing teams to keep transactions organized and moving efficiently toward closing.
Colette Walker
A Louisville native, Colette brings several years of real estate and title industry experience to her role as Escrow Officer at Aristocrat Title. She works closely with lenders while coordinating with buyers, sellers, REALTORS®, and other real estate professionals to help ensure every transaction progresses smoothly from contract to closing.
Erica Hargis
Erica is a third-year law student at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. She plans to pursue a career in transactional law, with a particular interest in real estate and the title industry. At Aristocrat Title, she works alongside the Legal Team, assisting with legal aspects of title work while gaining valuable hands-on experience in real estate transactions and the title industry.
Christian Harbour
Christian serves as the Louisville Client Experience & Operations Coordinator, where she helps ensure, every transaction is organized, efficient, and well supported from contract to closing. Based in the Louisville office, she is committed to delivering responsive service and clear communication for clients, REALTORS®, lenders, and business partners.
Alicia Hall
Alicia Hall serves as the Business Development Officer for Aristocrat Title, where she partners with REALTORS®, lenders, builders, and real estate professionals throughout Southern Indiana and Greater Louisville. With experience in both the title and real estate industries, Alicia understands the closing process from every angle and is passionate about building relationships while helping transactions move smoothly.
Ashley Robinson
Ashley Robinson brings more than 10 years of business development experience working with law firms and professional services organizations. As Business Development Officer for Aristocrat Title, she focuses on building lasting relationships with REALTORS®, lenders, attorneys, and business partners throughout Southern Indiana and Greater Louisville.
