| Power of Attorney | A legal document allowing someone to sign on another person’s behalf. |
| Plat | A recorded map showing property boundaries, lots, and streets. |
| Phase I Environmental Report | An initial assessment reviewing historical use and conditions to identify contamination risk. |
| Payoff | The amount required to fully satisfy an existing mortgage. |
